Filter-Based on User attributes from SAP S/4 On-premises and Cloud Applications
To efficiently manage synchronized users and reduce the number of users handled by SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance, we can now filter data by specific user attributes from the SAP S/4 On-premises and Cloud applications during repository synchronization in SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance.
The below use case shows how we can exclude the user from on Prim S4 system.
- Select the Application and click on user filter
- Then select the users filter which needs to be applied based on below combination to exclude them from repository sync and save the entries
- Now Run the repository sync as usual and if the users already exist in SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance they can be excluded or deleted from the repository sync
