Issue Because Of User Group Assignment
- Manager not shown in the Access Request
- Mitigation monitor & owner not shown in remediation process
- PAM reviewer & approver not shown in PAM Id creation process
- Assignment & content approver not shown in Business role
- User Access coordinators are not listed in Access certification process
Fix For The Issue
Now for the above issue, make Sure to create the mandatory/ required user group in IAS and map them to corresponding role connection in BTP, Run SCI Sync jobs
Workflow Issue
- Unable to submit Access Request
- Access request not triggered from SF integration
- Approvers not receiving work item Id
- PAM review not received by Reviewer
- User Access coordinators are not listed in Access certification process
Fix For The Issue
For this issue ensure Business rules are configured & mainly the decision table in rule services are maintained with respect to workflow templates. Further the rule should be deployed after activation.

- Manager did not receive the work item
- PAM approver did not receive the work item
- Role designer did not receive the work item
- PAM approver & reviewer did not receive the work item
Fix For The Issue
We need to ensure mandatory/ required user group are mapped to the user & SCI jobs are scheduled on a regular basis.
