Introduction

SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) is a cloud-based service that enables you to manage the identity lifecycle and access rights of your users across SAP and non-SAP applications. SAP IAG provides a unified and simplified user experience for identity and access management tasks, such as provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, access certification, and risk analysis.
SAP ARIBA is a cloud-based procurement platform that connects buyers and suppliers across the globe. SAP ARIBA offers solutions for sourcing, contracting, spend analysis, supplier management, procurement, and invoicing. SAP ARIBA integrates with SAP and non-SAP systems, such as ERP, CRM, and SRM.
This document explains how to configure and manage user access to SAP ARIBA solutions using SAP IAG. The document focuses on ARIBA version 2 integration with SAP IAG

Step 1- Create a custom application in SAP ARIBA

The custom application can be created via ARIBA developer API, please note we need to request SAP to help in defining the SCIM API

Step 2 - define the corresponding IPS proxy connection in SAP IPS system

Step 3 - establish the link between IPS proxy & BTP by defining IPS proxy setting

Step 4– define the system in SAP IAG pointing to IPS proxy setting

Step 5– run the repository sync/ provisioning sync/ access analysis to see the data feeder into SAP IAG
